1. Sponsor
The Enjoy Eagan Purple Power Pack Giveaway (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by Enjoy Eagan, located in Eagan, Minnesota (“Sponsor”).
This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with the Minnesota Vikings, the National Football League (NFL), Facebook, Instagram, or any other third-party platform.
2. Eligibility
The Promotion is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, prize providers, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) or members of the same household are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited by law.
3. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins at 12:00 a.m. Central Time on August 1, 2026, and ends at 11:59 p.m. Central Time on August 20, 2026 (“Promotion Period”). Entries received before or after the Promotion Period will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
During the Promotion Period, participants may enter by completing the official entry form available through the designated landing page on EnjoyEagan.com.
Entrants must:
- Complete all required fields on the entry form
- Provide a valid email address
- Consent to receive marketing emails from Enjoy Eagan.
Limit one (1) entry per person during the Promotion Period. Multiple entries from the same individual or email address may be disqualified.
By entering, participants agree to receive marketing communications from Enjoy Eagan. Participants may unsubscribe at any time without affecting their eligibility for future promotions.
5. Prize
- One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive the Purple Power Pack, which includes:
- Four (4) tickets to a Minnesota Vikings regular season home game*
- Two (2) consecutive nights at a participating Eagan hotel (standard accommodations, double occupancy)
- Four (4) admissions to the Minnesota Vikings Museum
- $100 in Eagan Dining Gift Cards
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $1,500.
Prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. No substitutions are permitted except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
*Game date, seating location, and ticket delivery method are subject to availability and determined by Sponsor.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
The drawing will take place on or about August 24, 2026.
The selected winner will be notified via the email address provided at the time of entry. If the winner cannot be contacted within 48 hours, is determined to be ineligible, or fails to claim the prize, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
Sponsor may require the winner to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and Publicity Release (where permitted by law) before the prize is awarded.
7. Publicity Release
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner’s permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, hometown, likeness, photograph, and prize information for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes in any media now known or hereafter developed without additional compensation.
8. General Conditions
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this Promotion.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion.
Sponsor also reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.
9. Limitation of Liability
Sponsor and its affiliates are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, misdirected, or undelivered entries or communications, nor for any technical malfunctions or failures that may affect participation.
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, prize providers, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability arising out of participation in the Promotion or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.
10. Privacy
Information collected from entrants is subject to the Enjoy Eagan Privacy Policy.
By entering, participants consent to the collection and use of their information for purposes of administering this Promotion and for receiving marketing communications from Enjoy Eagan.
11. Disputes
This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota without regard to conflict of law principles.
As a condition of participating, entrants agree that any disputes arising from or relating to this Promotion shall be resolved individually and exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Dakota County, Minnesota.
